Fight (fought/fought):
“The boxer fought with the karate master.”
“After they had fought, they apologized.”


 

Find (found/found):
“The lady found the little dog and kept it.”
“I heard that my lost ring has been found!”


 

Fit (fit/fit):
“The new clothes fit me well."

"I haven't fit into that dress for a long time."


 

Flee (fled/bled):
“The thief fled before the police could catch him.”
“After the people had fled, the enemy took the city.”


 

Fly (flew/flown):
“The bird flew over their heads.”
“I haven't flown anywhere in a few years.”


 

Forbid (forbade/forbidden):
“Their father forbade them to leave the house.”
“Why have Jews been forbidden to work on Saturday?”
