Give (gave/given):
“Look, the funny man gave me a Popsicle!”
"We've already given a lot of money to charity this
year."
Go
(went/gone):
“She was talking to Amy on the phone when she went to the
store."
“I asked them why they had gone away from home.”
Grind (ground/ground):
“The farmer ground the coffee beans into powder.”
“Once the coffee has been ground, it can be used.”
Grow (grew/grown):
“My grandfather grew a really big garden.”
“When the boy had grown bigger, he started to play
sports.”
Hang (hung/hung):
“The woman hung a new ornament on her Christmas tree.”
