Go out: salir, normalmente para un evento social
I'm going out for a few minutes. I'll be right back.
Voy a salir por unos minutos. Ya regreso.
So, where are we going to go out tonight?

Go out with (someone): salir con alguien para una cita o llevar tiempo siendo novios
She's going out with Paul to the movies tonight.

They've been going out with each other for about a year now.

Go over (something): revisar o ensayar
I just need to go over my homework and then we can leave.
